We're delighted to welcome Alex Rothnie, Head Chef at 3 Michelin-starred restaurant L'Enclume, to Grove for this special night.
Join us for a special four-hands dining experience as Grove’s Executive Chef Douglas Balish and Alex Rothnie, Head Chef at three Michelin-starred L’Enclume, come together to create a six-course menu celebrating exceptional produce, seasonality and the craft of both kitchens.
L’Enclume is one of the UK’s most celebrated restaurants, renowned for its landscape-led approach to dining and deep connection to exceptional produce. Alex has spent nearly eight years working with Simon Rogan at his acclaimed Lake District restaurant, which is one of only ten 3 Michelin-starred restaurants across the UK and Ireland.
This small and intimate evening offers guests a rare opportunity to experience the creativity and craftsmanship of two exceptional culinary teams.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the chance to meet the chefs and hear the inspiration behind each dish, discovering the stories that bring the menu to life.
Tickets are £155 per person and can be purchased as tables of two, four or six. Dining times are available between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, and our team will contact you after booking to confirm your preferred time.
Due to the nature of the event, no alternative menus will be offered, and we'll be unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies.
