    Gift vouchers feature a unique reference ID and must be presented on arrival when redeeming the experience. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after purchase. Advance reservations are essential and all bookings are subject to availability. Once redeemed, any unused balance cannot be carried forward or transferred. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and no voucher will be issued for any remaining balance. Vouchers for specific events are valid only on the stated date and any unused value cannot be transferred. A discretionary service charge may be added at the time of redemption. This is optional and not included in the value of the gift voucher.
